I am a Donahoo descendent. Your note to Lloyd Donahoo caught my attention. My GGGGrandfather, Andrew Jackson Donahoo, is a brother to Absalom, who is buried in Wyuka Cemetery. Their father is Michael Donahoo, and his father Henry Donaho, 1765-1814. Further back from this generation, I am still trying to put the lineage together.
If you have information about this line that you could share with me, I would be most grateful to you for your help.

Thank you for the information. I did not know that John and Kizziah held the first United Methodist service at their cabin home. I do not know where John, Kizziah and their daughter Matilda are buried. John and Kizziah sold 40 acres of land in Feb. 1844 to Horace Baldwin for $100. In 1850, John was widowed and living with his daughter Martha Goodhue. In 1856 he was living with his other daughter Sarah Gibson. Any other information is just speculation.
