|I live in GA, married, with children and grandchildren. I love genealogy! It is my therapy except when it drives me nuts!! I have been researching for about 20 years. My boys got me started because they were doing reenactments and wanted to know if they had any ancestors that fought Confederate. I started looking for one and found him right off and the bug had bit me!! I search my family, my husband's and most allied families!! I have met some great relatives and friends that I would have never if not for genealogy. I love to go to cemeteries, libraries,courthouses and travel when I have the time! I have a lot of family, my daddy was the baby of 10 and his daddy was the next to the oldest of 23 and grandma was one of 8 and that is only on my daddy's side!! Somebody asked when was I going to be finished and I told them you never finish, everytime you find a person they have parents, etc!!|
I work hard to get my information as accurate as possible and am thankful when other contributors do the same. I'm happy to make requested corrections, but please use the "Edit" tab on the memorial. It's easier to manage the emails that way, and it gives me a link to the memorial and your profile if I need to leave a message. If you request a transfer, please tell me the relationship to the person. Thanks!

Thank you for posting the information on my grandfather who I never met. He was Stanley E Lent. Without your help, I would not have known that he served in World War II.

Thanks for trying to get a photo of his grave marker.

Are you 2 some of the WONDERFUL volunteers that help Find a Grave find this information?? I am one too. I have found you along with some of your memorials that include some of my Daddy's family. I wonder if you know anything about them or just do as I do and get as many photos on Find a Grave as possible. In Westview Cemetery, there are 8 Testons with the name Teston. One I am looking at is #107669967, David W. Teston. If you know anything, I would appreciate your help. If not, I would like to say keep on doing what you are doing. It is important to people who see some type of image of their family they have never seen before. Thanks.
Janice Teston Cathcart

Is the 'Lodine Watson' you mentioned in your message the daughter of 'Calvin Finley Watson' and May Bell America Watson'?
Kind Regards, Jayne

I am trying to find pictures of young pictures of Eula Bohlers' children. I am Savannah Beggs Dickersons' granddaughter, and I am slowly building my genealogy files. I would be happy to share any information/pictures I have. Thank you,
Maria Turner Anderson

Jan & Jimmy, thank you for all your contributions to the Findagrave website. I would like permission to use your photographs of my relatives' grave sites in my Family Tree files. I use the photos as source media and will gladly give you credit for your work. Becky
|JM||Thank you Jan and Jimmy|
Thank you Jan and Jimmy for the transfer and all your excellent work on www.findagrave.com. Your work is greatly appreciated. Find a Grave ends up being my breakthrough source for confirming exactly which ancestor I am working on, dates, photos and connection with others researching the same people.
I know you have put in countless hours and you have helped the families and genealogy communities immeasurably.

Sorry for the late response. I just left Ray Price a message asking if he had any additional information. Thank you so much for looking! I will let you know if he found anything.
