Peter and Elisena Defobio's Headstone
Thank you very much for taking the photo of their headstone. Your time and help is greatly appreciated. May I use your photo on my family tree?

YOU WROTE:
RE: Frank W. Toth
I will check maybe next week, but I think he was alone. I do not believe there is an office for the cemetery anymore. Fred Vaughn

Frank Toth
Yep, me again. Ignore my last message ... I enlarged the photo and I can see there's no way you can tell if there's another name on that stone ... it seems to be sinking a bit. I'll have to try to find a number for the cemetery and see if there's another name there ... and any other toth family.

Thanks so much for the photos, I truly appreciate it. You helped me more than you realize!!

Frank W. Toth
I have another question about the photo/grave of Frank W. Toth. It looks as though (from the close up you took) that is name and dates are on the base of the stone on the right side ... is there a name on the left side of the stone??? What is the stone in the center ... it looks like a small stone.

Toth graves in Logan Memorial Park
Hi there. Thank you so much for the grave stone photo of Barnabus Toth's grave stone and for the surprise photo of Frank's stone. Frank was Barnabus' brother and I didn't know he was there. I have created a memorial for Frank and I uploaded the photos you uploaded to Barnabus' memorial ... in the photo description area I wrote that the photos were taken by you and I thanked you for the photos :-)

As for your photos:

May I have permission to post them (and any other of your photos of my ancestors' and/or their graves that you may have posted or will post in the future) on my Ancestry.com file. I post a message under the photo giving credit to the person who took the photo. I have no interest in publishing any books or using the photos in any way other than for genealogical purposes. I have several things I post under the photos depending on the "owner" of the photo(s) desires. I have two below ... if you will allow me to post your grave photos on my Ancestry file then I'll place the statement of your choice. The second one has a _____ in it and that's where I would place your e-mail address so people can contact you directly for permission.

NOTE: This photo was obtained from a Findagrave.com photo volunteer and the volunteer has kindly given me permission to post this on my Ancestry.com file. You should take the steps to contact the owner of the photo for permission to use this photo for your personal use ... permission is NOT granted by me for any use as it is not mine to give.

NOTE: This photo was obtained from a Findagrave.comphoto volunteer. Permission is NOT granted by me for any use as it is not mine to give. You must contact _______ for permission to use this photo.

Again, thank you so much for your kindness ... Find A Grave volunteers are wonderful people :-)
