Bio and Links
I spend my efforts on my family, Garrett, Lewis, Meinhard and Nunnally and my wife's family, Hessling, Crane, Macool, Purvis and Meeley. Having most of the basic structure of the families in place, I am now looking for more complete descriptions of the persons, including their burial sites. I think it is important to use the links available on Findagrave to enable others to follow the family tree.

Photo of Martin Memorial
Lewis: It would be best to just deleter the photo, as it is secondary anyway. The original photo was "landscape" and was rotated to "portrait" in my folder but for some reason it transferred to Find a Grave NOT rotated.

Photo of Martin Memorial
Lewis: I am sorry I was unable to rotate the photo of the Martin Memorial in Elon. Although Claude is not buried there, his mother and father are. I was told Ray and Pete (two of Claude;s sons) are the ones who paid and placed the large granite memorial stone in the cemetery. Maybe you can find a way to rotate the photo. Thanks. Re: Davis Cemetery/Davis Family
I want to thank you for sending all the additional information & family links on the Davis family buried in this cemetery. We stumbled on this cemetery one day when we were in TN working on my husband's genealogy. In fact, that day we were on our way to, I believe, the Jim Beam factory. Needless to say the cemetery took precedence! We also had an enjoyable hour's visit with the folks living next door to the cemetery. A very fun day!
