Bio and Links
Bio Photo I have been doing family history for about 30 years. Started when my Grandmother (ILa) was still alive and her and I sat for hours talking about history, and looking at pictures that is when I decided to start researching...
I have lots and lots of surnames that I have traced, but the main focus has always been Johnson (for my grandfather) and Gilbert (for my grandmother). From there we go all directions: Christenson, Bradley, Ward, Loague, Schultz, Blakes.
Area of my search are mostly Michigan, Ohio, California, New York, Mass, Noraway, Sweden, Germany, England, Ireland.
I am always interested in a family search, if you think you may know of my family give me a yell... I will answer.
thanks for your time

RE: Gilberts
Hi Justine,
Yes I am related to some Gilberts. I am new to this site, but I have started a virtual cemetery for my Gilbert ancestors if you're interested. Frances Fern Allen (born Gilbert) was my great grandmother. You can follow her line to Sylvester Gilbert, which is as far back as I can confirm right now. Do any of these names sound familiar to you?

Michael Donahue Family
Hi - I see your request for a photo of Michael Donahue's headstone in Forest Hill Cemetery, Ann Arbor, MI and your question about other Donahues there. Forest Hill Cemetery has all of their burials online! According to their website: Michael, Elister F., Chas, and Emily Donahue are all buried in the same plot Lot 87, #44. You can see this for yourself here:

Hope this helps,

RE: Info
I have very little information on this family - anything you're willing to send I'd appreciate. Once I get the info I'm waiting on I'll put it together with what I have on Allen and Charlotte's son Huron and get it to you.

RE: Info
I did get the one with the pictures - I sent a reply back. I'm not sure what the deal with my email is but it did indeed come through.

I found a woman who knows where Arathusa is buried and is going to get me more information when she gets back from traveling - I'll let you know what I find.

RE: Bradley, Loagues, Wards
Hi Justine,

I sent you an email from my phone while at work today - I never know if those go through or not. I'm not sure how large the picture you tried sending is but my email can be finicky. If it's a picture of someone there is a memorial of and you want to attach it there I can grab it from there too. Looking forward to hearing from you!

RE: Bradley, Loagues, Wards
My ex-wife is a direct descendant of Allen and Charlotte Bradley's son Huron. I am working on that tree for our son (and we have a good relationship so I share the information with her as well). THANK YOU for posting the photos of Charlotte (where on earth did you find that?) and Esther. There are a couple other cousins on the Bradley side that I've corresponded with that I'll be sure to share these with. If you have any other photos or information I'd love to correspond with you. My email address is
