RE: James Dalrymple Thompson
Hmmm, then maybe I will leave it alone and just add a note stating the confusion. Maybe someone who is her descendant will clarify for me (us) one day. Thanks again! :) Happy Thanksgiving!

RE: James Dalrymple Thompson
I'm afraid my research only further confused me. I found a death certificate for James's and Mary's daughter, Sarah Fox, where it is spelled Lintichum ( I also found her marriage certificate to John A. Cook, where it is spelled Linicun ( So I just don't know. I don't mind changing it to Linticum, so please let me know if you want me to do so. I am not a descendant of her, but of his first wife, Mary Polly White. I'm sorry I couldn't be more help. I also still had no luck in finding a death certificate or any record of when or where John died. I can only assume it was in either Calhoun or Cleburne Co., AL.

RE: James Dalrymple Thompson
Thanks so much for making those updates for me.

I was actually just given Mary's page today. (I didn't create it.) I was just about to go in and add Bennett, because I had that in my records, also. I have always seen her maiden name as Liticum, but I will research that more tomorrow and get back to you. I also need to find out more information about her first husband, John Cook. I don't even know when he died so I'm not sure where he is buried, but again, I will see what I can find and get back to you, hopefully tomorrow. :) Great to meet you! :)

Gravesite - Mary S. White
Mary S. White was the sister of my 3rd great grandfather. I have spent many years researching the White family including Mary and her husband James Dalrymple Thompson. I have visited their gravesite once. I am appreciate of the work you do, and the fact that the site is well maintained. Thank you.

RE: Rocks, James, Agnes, & Ambrose
According to cemetery records, they are all buried in this plot which could probably hold 6 but there are no markers at all. Sorry...

In the same block as Fred WARE and family, was John Arthur WARE, presumed sp Catherine and son John Arthur Jr. If interested, please create the memorials with BLOCK 34 as PLOT (sorry, no way to know LOT # unless you call the office), place PHOTO REQUESTS and I will post the images.

I will delete them after a few days. I just cannot create mems for all of the images that I take were not explicitly requested.

Henry H Holland
Hi. My great grandfather was Henry Holland's younger brother, Mathew C Holland. Could you please tell me if you and I are related? Also, do you have any info on the father of Henry and Mathew? Thanks!
