William Beers/Beere
William Beers is my grandmother Gertrude Hawley's great grandfather thru his daughter Mary Gazey Beers. She was married to Asa Hawley. I see you have posted the photos I believe to be William and his wife Susannah Gazey. The photos captions say they were taken in New York City. Susannah has typical pioneer clothing and William has attire typical of the 1850's (note the tie). Susannah went back to England in the late 1850's with her son Robert. I believe William was living in New York City (where William and Susannah first immigrated in 1834). I believe when Susannah and Robert went thru New York City they met with William and had the photos taken that I came to possess thru my grandmother Hawley.

Do you have a picture of William's grave in Banbury England?

RE: William Albert McFadden (Bill)
Thank you so much for catching that! I've corrected it. The photos you posted add so much to his memorial. I've transferred his memorial to your care.

Blessings,
Annie :)

RE: James Allred
Only one of the photos on James's entry is mine. It's a close up of the old stone, and I really don't want to remove it. You might check with the other contributors of the photos.

The entry number you sent me is incorrect. It's for Touchstone. Please double check the entry number and resend it to me.

RE: Mary A Beers Hawley
Hello, I am glad to hear from you. Would you go to the site with Grandmother Mary Beers Hawley and attach the picture and send to me at kentsarg@live.com and I will see if it is one I don't have. Mary Beers Hawley is buried in the Central Cemetery. It is an old pioneer cemetery and not updated at all. It needs a lot of work. The town has taken over ownership of it however in the last year and I hope they will take better care of it. Up to now, it has been owned by the LDS church and no maintenance at all. My name is Susan Staples Outzen, address 90 W 200 S, Central Valley Ut 84754.
ps it is fun to meet other cousins.

findagrave Mary Almina "May" Beers Browning
Thanks Jeanne for the obituary. I have transcribed it. Was her daughter name Afton Ellard or Afton Drillard? One newspaper article reads one way and another article reads another way.

findagrave Mary Almina "May" Beers Browning
Hi Jeanne,

There are actually two memorials for Mary Beers Browning. I do maintain them both right now but I am having all info from #23021264 moved to #43842. Would you mind adding the cool photo of Mary "May" Beers Browning to memorial #43942 so I can delete the duplicate. Let me know when you have done this. You can leave the photo on both memorials.

Thanks so much,
Rhonda
