Here is my site all the info I have so far is on it I made it because it makes it easier to share with family. I hope you enjoy it and I sure hope it helps. I am still working on this line been hitting a lot of speed bumps in the process.

I am kin to his wife, Mary, through the Brown Family. That is why I left flowers. What I wrote is from the Brown family tree. Hope this has helped.

Thanks Janet-I just double check the death certificate also & you are correct! Thanks for catching that for me. Allie is part of my husband's family.
Small world...Henry Carlton Ward is a brother to my GGG grandfather John Ward (1828 - 1903).
I will do that now and again, thanks so much for your input. Any other updates are very much welcome.
|Grave_Walker||RE: WALTER COLUMBUS WARD|
Walter Ward is my G grandfather. Most of the info in his memorial is from family. He is my dad's grand father. I always invite new info from other sources. I have not seen the obit you refer to as I refuse to pay Ancestry for the information that I have gave them over the years through Find A Grave.
I would love to see the obit and death certificate you referred to. As for the Rt. 2 Hillsboro it is Peoria as they didnt have a post office. After the death of my grandpa Ira my mother and father lived in his house until my fathers death in 1986 so it was a Baker homestead since the 1940's. Walter lived just down a dirt road from his daughter "Bertha" and her husband Ira, which is my dad's father and mother.
I have found many times that death and birth certificates have many errors so I make it a rule to go by dates listed on headstones (even though they are incorrect many times). One just has to make their best guess sometime.
I am always looking for all the information I can find and always add it to the memorials for others to use.
Are you related to my Ward family members? Thank you for your input on Walter.

You are most welcome.
When we go out on a nice day I try to find one I can do. This cemetery is close to our dentist and that gave me a chance at this one.
Also, Roy Bowen of Tenn. was my wife's boss while she taught in Kingston, Tenn. Fantastic guy.
Best regards to you and all yours, Bud

The info on her memorial was given by the maker of the memorial. Most likely Diana got the info from a cemetery list from the internet. If I were you I would write to her, a lovely lady, and ask.
Best regards, Bud.
