Do you know the location of the McDonald Cemetery in Calhoun County Illinois? You have memorials there so I thought you would know. Thank You, Patricia
I couldn't believe it the first time it happened and then it happened again and one was even in triplicate. I will keep researching and hope to help contribute to your memorials one day again.

Milo A. Pontero, 80, of Waukegan, IL died April 28, 1996 at Terrace Nursing Home in Waukegan.
He retired from Johnson Motors in 1981.
Born April 28, 1916 in Kampsville, he was the son of the late Louis and Etta (Gardner) Pontero. He married Lorraine and she preceded him in death.
Surviving are a daughter, Pamela Miller of Lindenhurst, IL; one granddaughter; a sister-in-law, Genevieve Pontero of Kampsville; nieces and nephews; and a dear friend Delores Nelson of Waukegan.
He was preceded in death by a son Nicki; four sisters and a brother.
Private interim to be held at a later date.
Memorials may be made in his name to the American Cancer Society.

Lewis A. Pontero, 77 of Kampsville died Saturday, January 21, 1984 at his residence.
Born July 15,1906 in Mozier, he was the son of Louis and Etta (Gardner) Pontero. He was a World War II veteran. He married Genevieve Lyles and she survives.
Also surviving are four daughters, Ramona Abbott of Jerseyville, Bonnie Rhodes of Williamsville, Patsy Lane of Walla Walla Washington and Suzanne Casper of Iowa City, IA; eleven grandchildren; twelve great grandchildren; two sisters, Eva Sweeney of Hardin and Annette Frey of St. Louis; one brother Milo Pontero of Kampsville.
Visitation was held Monday at Hanks Funeral Home in Hardin.
The funeral was conducated at the funeral home Tuesday, January 24, 1984 with Rev. Dan Johnson officiating. The body will be taken to St. Louis for cremation at the Oak Grove crematory.
The Heart Fund and Calhoun Ambulance have been named as memorials.

Former Kampsville resident, Mrs. Lorraine Pontero, 52, of Lindenhurst, Ill., died Friday in Waukegan, Ill.
She was born April 17, 1919. Surviving are her husband, Milo Pontero; a daughter, Pamela, at home; and two sisters, Mrs. Ada VanLaeke of Zion, Ill. and Mrs. Rhea Wier of Florida.
Visitation will begin after 4 p.m. Sunday at the C.C. Hanks Funeral Home in Hardin until noon Monday when the body will be moved to the Kampsville Presbyterian Church for funeral services at 2 p.m. Monday. The Rev. R.A. Badger will officiate and burial will be in Silver Creek Cemetery.
