You created a memorial for William Bryan Willis (#98268810). I've got the obituary from McCurtain Daily Gazette, Tuesday, October 18, 1994. It shows the name as William Bryan Willie. One of these is wrong. Of course the newspaper could be wrong, I've found mistakes in their obits. I thought I'd put this out here, someone might see it and know the correct name. Thanks

RE: George Benjamin & Viola Mrytle Pearson Burris
Hello Harriet,

For a transfer, you use the edit tab at the top right of the memorial in question, then click on the "suggest any other correction" and it will bring up a box like the one we use for messages like this. In that box you would ask for a transfer of the memorial. All the other titles under that same "edit" tab are for the named correction, name, dates, spouses, etc.

On the memorial in your control, any of the "blue" words are an edit feature for that particular feature on the memorial..."bio", "link family members", add note, etc.

The virtual cemetery edit is so you can link to any memorial whether in your control or not and it will display on your profile page. To set that up, go to your "Contibutor Tools" listed under your name on the left side of this page, then on the left near the bottom you see "My Virtual Cemeteries". Click the blue "edit" tab to the right of it, click "add new" and name your cemetery. With each name you want in that particular cemetery, use the virtual cemetery edit on the memorial, check the box beside the cemetery and "save changes" at the bottom and that cemetery containing the names will appear on your profile page.

I hope this helps you. If I can do anythings else to help, let me know.

God Bless,

Transfers made. In the future, please use the EDIT tab on the memorials you would like transferred. Less chance of making a mistake that way.

Burris family
You sent corrections for the Burris's in Broken Bow. If you are related to them, I have no problem transferring them to you. Use the edit feature on each memorial that you want transferred and I will be happy to do so.

Clara Burris Jordan
I have linked Clara to her parents as you suggested. Frank was my dad's cousin.

Robert Newton Burris
Harriet........I know what Robert Newton Burris' name is, but if you will notice, I do not have his memorial. All I can do is send them a correction and ask them to post it. I have sent them a correction several times, but so far, no action from them. I have also sent corrections on Willie Lynn, and no action so far. Always look to see who owns the memorial....okay?

Mollie Burris - 75116743
Thank you for the information on Mollie daughters. I appreciate that. Do you happen to know what Mollie's maiden name might have been?
