RE: George Hensley
I think that's what I saw. George's death certificate said he was buried at the Hensley cemetery and I just assumed it was on the Hensley farm. All of them are linked now, which makes me happy!

Thanks again!

George Hensley
Thank you so much for putting up this memorial! Have been wondering about Uncle George for so long! Saw a copy of his death certificate and it gave us the impression that he was buried at the family cemetery at the Hensley farm. (I am descended from his sister, Elizabeth Hensley Hacker)

John Bray
Hi, Deane.

No, no relation to John R. Bray. If I remember correctly, I had asked as a favor to a former co-worker. Sorry, I don't remember much more about it. Thanks, Steve.

RE: I'm Back!
Well, battling some illnesses has kept me from a lot. If your able to edit, edit Hobes. My mamaw loved him to peaces, he died and awful death, and he was never called Doll. I think that would have been her uncle. He was never Doll. They just have the names on the pics wrong and maybe while my momma's still alive we can correct it. I still have a lot of of John Riley, etc but Rheaumatoid arthritis takes it's days on me and I'm finally feeling well enough to help out. But I want the story told of how Dee Starrett died, who killed him, who hid out west and came in when papaw died...ugh. A lot of work to do.

I'm Back!
Hi Deane, guess you remember me cause most of the pics you posted came from me. I'm gonna start in on our ancestry again this winter. I've remarried and now live about 4 miles from where our ancestors were raised and the grave sites. I'm hoping to correct a lot of things after seeing things were wrong in the Whitley Co. Geneology. Plus, I never seen pics courtesy of Cindy Siler..which I'm a Mahan now. Hobart, was not Doll..that was a totally different man who married a Nancy Monhollen. Good to be back..I want to get to the true bottom of our geneology, even if it involves scandal. Luckily, I'm even around elders that remember these people. Dee Starrett, etc. Hopefully I can help with all the corrections.

John Riley Bray
One of John Riley Bray's children married into my lines.
The Riley is also of interest to me.
