|Janet Elliott Douglas||Cullens of Gibson and Vanderburgh Counties of Indiana|
I have spent many hours researching the Cullens and would like to communicate with you.
Some of them I had created & them transferred their memorials to you but now have confirmed information that needs to be added.
|Jill Freeman||Records from Donald Reely's law practice|
I am a Court appointed Confidential Intermediary and have documentation from the ISDh that states Donald reely was the attorney that facilitated an adoption in 1962. I believe you may be a relative and so I am asking if you know where any old records would be kept? I have a signed order that allows me to have access to any records related to this adoption. You can call me at 317-575-5555.
Bill, Bud said he saw your dad when he came to Wilma's memorial. We are preparing for a trip and after we return, I will diligently look for some pictures for you. geraldine
Bud, (Orville H. Barnett husband of Shirley Irene Reely-married 57 years)---just explaining how I fit in. I am Bud's 2nd wife.
Shirley is at Roselawn in the Veteran's section.
Bud, said he remembers Bill Reely, the attorney. So is that your father?
He is trying to remember if there is a picture & we will look. Also, Cleo has alot of negatives that I need to go thru, as I wanted to pass onto Bud's sons & grandkids, etc. also.
Our snail mail address is 378 N. Kibby St. Clinton, Ind. or you can e-mail the file to firstname.lastname@example.org and I'll copy it off.
Not in any great hurry and hope you aren't either. Thanks so much for contacting us. geraldine & Bud
Thanks so much, Bill. I would LOVE to know more about this side of my husband's family.
I greatly appreciate anything you would share with me as I am just starting to get to work on the Barnett/Reely.
I have been in contact with Jim Westphal, as his grandmother, Betty didn't talk much about the family. I have sent him pictures of Cleo/family that he has never seen and other documents I have come across in Shirley's things.
I am trying to make up a book to share with Bud's family. In January, we met 8 of his/Shirley's great grandchildren in Lousiana, they had never seen. They range in age 16-2 years and were very curious to know about their roots. It was delightful to see, Bud with them and answering the questions he was able to. Bud will be 80, next week, doing well and this would so please him, if you would be so kind to share.
Thanks so much, geraldine
