Bio and Links
Bio Photo After looking at a 1931 plat book and finding my great grandfather John Pennel owned land near De Soto Wisconsin, that got me hooked on researching my family line.I finished my research and needed to do more,I love walking through cemeteries,so I decided to take pictures for other families. It's like finding treasure when I find a grave marker. The old cemeteries are the ones that I don't want forgotten. Some are in bad shape, and I try hard to get the name off the old stones. Sometimes I have to dig the grass that has grown over the old marker, when there is just a small piece showing. It's so rewarding when I find a name. When I read some of the letters it's like a puzzle to figure who it is. I love the challenge. On find a grave I meet relatives that I never knew and we work together researching our families. Find A Grave is a wonderful place.
The families I have been working on for my husband, are: Berryman, Schwingle, Blabaum, Bartle, Paulson, Engen Hustad. My family Pennel, Hastings, Bates, Strong, Morris, Britting, Horn

Thank you very much for taking the time to get this photo. It is very humbling when you put out a request and it is filled. My husband and I enjoy fulfilling requests for people, because we know how much joy it brings us. Again Thank You! Diana

RE: Rita Watters
Hi Cindy:

All I know is that there are 2 memorials and it would be nice if they could come together as one. Did you check the memorial # I gave you?

RE: Rita Watters
You have the right cemetery and stone. The other memorial has our relatives information. We just need the two memorials to become one and the other memorial was done first, so I think it has dibs.

RE: Alma Store
Glen and Alma were already appearing as husband and wife in the 1930 census, so I'm quite certain he was first, though I have not attempted to research marriage dates for either husband.

Re: Julia Ann Blakley Drake
I don't understand, her birth year is 1850 on her memorial. I have her full birth with 1850 as her birth year.
