I have been doing genealogy research for nearly 30 years. I started after winning a set of binders full of another family members family research at a family reunion.|
Now I can't stop!
I feel that is very important that everyone that has passed on be remembered. I will try to enter every name I can document from any cemetery for those loved ones searching for them.
I know how hard it is to search for an early ancestor and find they are too far away for you to visit their final resting place.
I especially hold dear the headstones from the early 1900's and back. Most were not as good of a quality of stone as we have today. Most of them are getting hard to read, some are already impossible to read. I just hope that, as a group, we can photograph these so that they don't become "unknown" graves.
I wish I could visit all the grave sites I list but that would be impossible. That is where, we as a group, must help each other to make any corrections and take any photos needed to remember those that have passed on.
If I am managing a memorial of someone related to you please ask for a transfer. As long as they are not related to me I will gladly transfer them to any family member. Family should be with family!

Not sure how to handle this. When I searched on Swan Lake Memorial Gardens for the name "Dombkowski", it came up with two listings for "Emma Dombkowski". One was correct, but one brought up a memorial you posted for John Otto Bader, memorial 131641187. There is photo on this memorial also but it's for a "Charlesetta Lynn". Thought you'd want to know.

How did you come across this cemetery and I wonder why no other names are listed of any who are buried there? I have been working on Grissard Cemetery in El Paso, White County when I came across a contributer who made mention of the 16th Section Cemetery.

Thank you for all the work you are doing. I appreciated seeing the information for Anne at the All Saints Catholic Cemetery in Des Plaines. Anne was the wife of my first cousin once removed.

Hi Perry, I was wondering if this is Rose Hardesty, daughter of Augustus Hardesty and Letitia Sweat? Thank you.
