I was introduced to genealogy by my grandmother when I was 16 years old by having me read a type written book on her family. This is 25 years before on-line computers or the internet. It is a passion and great now that I can research at home in the cold snow months of Winter. I actually have been a member/contributor of Find A Grave almost 10 years under ssissy954@aol.com and currently ssissy954@gmail.com. About 4.5 years ago my old computer crashed and with a new computer as well as new email address; that's the long and short.

Hi Vickie,

I am sorry to report that your grandmother is buried in an unmarked grave. (verified by cemetery staff). If you would like to have a photo of her burial site and the surrounding area, please let me know.

Photo request for Bailey in Smith Cemetery
HI Vickie,
I saw your request for a photo of Bailey's grave.
He is listed in the Coweta Co Cemetery book, as being buried in The Smith Family Cemetery in an unmarked grave.
Back in 2010, I spent an afternoon by myself cleaning the leaves and tons of fallen tree branches from the cemetery, and took pictures of as many graves and headstones that I could find. There are only a few marked graves or headstones in this cemetery, and I took pictures of every grave and headstone I found in each of the 3 rows.
Sorry I don't have better news for you.
If you are related or have more info about Buck Bailey, please let me know and I will either add the info or transfer his memorial to you.

RE: Mary Turner in Providence Cemetery
Glad to help. And I *should* have said that there were no other Mary Turners in Providence with legible headstones. It's quite possible that she's under one of those cairns or slabs.

Mary Turner in Providence Cemetery
Hi Vickie,

I posted the picture of the Turner plot in response to your request; I've walked that cemetery twice and photographed all the legible headstones in Providence cemetery and there are no other Mary Turners in Providence.
Regards,
Maureen

Harman photos
As soon as the snow melts, if someone else doesn't take the photo, I'll take the photo of this infant grave. Are you also interested in the 10 other Harmans in that row or in the cemetery?
