Bio and Links
Bio Photo I recently retired from the US Navy after 21 years of Service, and I'm currently living in San Antonio, TX. I have access to Ft. Sam Houston cemetery for anyone who has loved ones who served in the armed forces buried there.

I've been researching my family tree since I was a teenager and love the idea that I no longer have to personally visit the gravesites of all of my ancestors to get a photo of their headstone. That can be expensive and time consuming. This site is a great asset.

RE: Rettberg stones
There was no headstone for them. I put that in the comments under the photo. What was there was the empty spot with the next row over's back of the stone. But at least you have a view of where they are buried. :(

Was not able to find a stone in the Burgess #1 lot today. However, found a broken stone made of the same material and next to that of his wife, Mary, which I suspect may be his. I uploaded that photo to his memorial. There isn't much left to the Burgess lot; sorry I couldn't do any better.

Moon/Mohun info
Thank you for your message.
If you send me your email, I will send you a document that goes back to the 1100s. I'm still working on documentation to back up everything, but most of it should be correct. I just put it together for a Moon family reunion in Milton-Freewater, Oregon.

Moon (Mohun)
Hi Lisa,

I see that you have requested a photo for Mohuns at St. Mary Church in Bridport, England. I am researching the Moons (Mohuns) and was wondering if you had any information on that line you might be willing to share. I will share all I have.

RE: Fuller Cemetery
Ok. Its going to rain all day tomorrow but I'll walk over there as soon as I can. I am going to a meeting of Maine Old Cemetaries in a few weeks to petition them for help revitalize the Fuller Cemetery. It's in a sad state. I'll get you what I can.

Are you still interested in photos of the Chase family in Livermore ? I live on the grounds of that cemetery and the stones are in terrible shape, but some are readable.
