RE: Memorial# 131234104
Hi Mary, You're very welcome. I've uploaded the photos. I'm sorry I couldn't clean it any better. If I get down to Lakeview, and it's not claimed, I'll take a look for your other request.

Hi Mary - I have added the note to his entry. I also saw your request for a closer photo of his stone and, if it has not been fulfilled by the next time I go to the cemetery, I will get it for you.

Best,
Joy

RE: Fred Larcomb Frazier
Yes, the tree is partially overtaking her marker. It is actually a beautiful spot. They are actually just below the entrance to where Michael Jackson's crypt is. Directly below the Doheny Oil family.

Hello! I am about to fulfill your photo request, but unfortunately, it is a photo of the area, only. There is no marker. I put some pink flowers where I believe her grave is. She is either next to Emma Hooper, or in the row right below the flowers, next to Thomas and Margarite Meaden.

I am sorry this was not a more positive outcome. I am always disappointed when there isn't a marker.

Best regards,

B.J.

Mary Bryan Hatch Daves

I went to the Cedar Grove Cemetery recently and found the Daves family plot just inside of the archway to the left. However, I could not locate the Mary Daves(1799-1814) burying place. After searching around the old burial grounds for about an hour, I decided to go to the New Bern Historical Society and see if they had any information about plots in the cemetery. They directed me to the Public Library where I asked the local historian and genealogist if he had a plot map or guide to the cemetery. He did so we looked at the latest and earliest(1935 I think) surveys, and found that her name, or her beloved daughter, Sarah Daves(1814-1814) are not on the survey. He said the headstones may be missing from the grave sites, and these were among the earliest burials in the cemetery. However, I was able to find her husband and child's father, John Pugh Daves(1789-1838), and other family members grave sites and take photos. I believe they are already posted on the Find a Grave site. I have actually gotten interested in the history of the Daves family, AND the hatch family as well while doing research on Ancestry. I found it very interesting. I am going to attach a photo of the Daves family plot to this email. Perhaps the are at peace there or very nearby. By the way,her John Pugh Daves and his third wife are buried about 300 feet farther into the old burial ground.

Wilson family birth/death additions
Thank you very much for sending the additional information for the precise birth and death dates and places of the Wilson family members that are not found on their family monument. I have photographed all but the most recent section of the cemetery and after I enter all of the photos (most require creation of memorials too) I plan to go back through the memorials and try to fill in missing information, so thank you for sending the edits, I greatly appreciate the help. -Judi

Rose Hill , OKC
I would like to help you with you headstone requests for ROSE HILL cemetery here in OKLAHOMA CITY but the cemetery not very helpful nor do they have good maintenance or grave markers to tell you where your at. I went to ask them if someone was buried here and they said it would cost me 5$ for that info. that their services is for family only and they had to call in to get the info. when i asked for maps of the cemetery so i can find where things are they said tell the family to request the map for the info on which they are inquiring. There phone number is 405-843-5771 or fax number 405-843-5754.

Daves of New Bern
I made the changes you requested for Jane Daves and then researched and added data for the rest of the John Pugh Daves family.
Thanks for the information.
