The death certificate information is available on Ancestry.com if you have a subscription. As for the rest of the information, it was contributed by Find A Grave member Searchers of our Past (#47220553) as is stated in the memorial. You will need to direct questions directly to him, as I can't answer them.
I have transferred management of the memorial to you so that you can make any changes that you like.

I have added the photo you requested, but to ask for edits and links you need to use the edit request tab at the upper right of the memorial. Photo requests do not go to the maker of the memorial, and they are who needs to make the links.

Just curious, are you the Jan Cook that grew up in South OKC?
|TheOldChief||RE: Chapel Hill Cemetery, OK City|
I don't have any information on those buried in this cemetery, except for a very few that I personally knew or were related to. I am no longer active in working cemeteries but try to keep up with the ones I've previously entered. Sorry I was not able to help with your questions. It is my understanding that one person is still working one section of this cemetery but at the rate she is going it will take forever. (She asked me not to work that area so I did the rest of the cemetery. When I moved away from that area in 2013 all of the cemetery was complete except for two sections.)

I checked my unposted photos and unfortunately I did not photograph a headstone for either of the Cooks. I was only visiting East Hampton and wasn't able to photograph the entire cemetery.
I hope you find someone who lives near there who is able to do it for you.

You are welcome. I enjoy "cemetery crawling" - it is genetic, my mom was a cemetery crawler. Tho there was no photo requests, I took and posted pictures of the Wilson's daughers and, what I assume to be, John Higgins' brother buried next to him.

Hi, I'm about to post photos for you of the stone for Rushin Johnson at Arlington National. His wife, Elizabeth, is buried with him, so I've also posted photos on her memorial page. I've also asked the creator of the memorial pages to link them as spouses, and to also correct the year of birth on Elizabeth's memorial page.
There is never a fee for a volunteer to take fg photos and post them for you. Even if that person then emails the photos to you, there is NEVER a charge or cost.
Thank you, and enjoy findagrave!
