|J & J King||RE: Thank you!|
I'm sorry I did not get back to you sooner.
I must have overlooked your message.
Henry King is my husband's 3x Great Grandfather.
Years ago when I was researching his King family, I was given info from a King descendant that had done extensive research on Henry's line, but he never found any concrete proof of who Henry's parents were.
That researcher was William D. "Bill" King of Jacksonville, Florida.
He has since passed away.
According to the info Bill had collected, I do NOT believe Benjamin (also referred to as Benijah) King, was Henry's father.
He was probably an Uncle.
But he was connected to Henry in some way.
And Benjamin did have a son named Henry T. King, but his age does not match our Henry, he was much younger.
Bill found land records that indicated Henry's brother Lewis, inherited the land that one Susannah King, won in a land lottery.
That land was later owned by both Lewis and Henry.
So it would seem that their Mother was Susannah King (maiden name unknown).
Benjamin/Benijah's wife's name was Elizabeth.
Hope this helps!

I am a Wisconsin descendant of 86219245 (Joseph Sanders) from his 1st Belgium marriage. He buried his 1st & 2nd wives in Belgium, 3rd in Nebraska. Of his 19 children, 8 remained upon his tragic death. I have some more info on his life, death, & family if still curious.

I am no relation to this family.

The photo you have posted for this cemetery is the entrance to the Peytonville Cemetery. New Hope is about 1/4 mile west on the same side of the road.
If you're still looking for descendants of William Robinson and Frances Cook, they were my great grandparents.

I made the linkage. I have some Chisum's in my family line but these are not part of it. When I visit cemeteries I take pictures of all Chisum gravestones I see. If you are related to this one I would be happy to transfer it to you.
Hi Diane, I have no idea if this is the twins. I do remember that grandpa's middle name was Lambert. Since we lived in Oregon I did not get to know all the family in Neb. We did not see them very often so I am not familiar with the family history nor do I remember seeing old pictures of them. Sorry I can't be more helpful.
I vaguely remember Marita (the twins sister) mentioning a Lenny, but that is all I recall.
Note from diaNEB: Marita (now deceased) knew EVERYthing and a good source.

I sent an email out to a cousin of the family so will have to wait to see if she responds.

I am not able to confirm that the picture is of the twins of Lou & Josie Vanderheiden without consulting a granddaughter who may know.
I don't know the extended family of Vanderheidens either. Josie (Mrs. Lou) was my great aunt so I was only interested in great uncle LOU and his parents names.
I will try to find out more about the picture and get back to you.
