Trespassing and Violation of Private Property
Mr. Bridges,
I have observed that you or representatives of your party have placed two headstones in the JK Lilly Cemetery. These were placed on unmarked, sunken graves without any evidence of whom is actually buried there. You have violated WV Code, Chapter 37, Article 13A in performance of this act by not giving notification of entry onto this private property. Any further instances of trespassing on my property without proper notice will be addressed through legal channels. Here is the specific violation: (b) An authorized person intending to visit the cemetery or grave site for the purpose of installing a monument or grave marker pursuant to subdivision (2), subsection (c) of this section, shall give reasonable notice to the property owner which is to include a description of the monument or grave marker to be installed. As used in this article, "reasonable notice" means written notice of the date and time the authorized person intends to visit the cemetery or grave site delivered to the property owner at least ten days prior to the date of the intended visit.

RE: Mildred Watkins Bridges
I found David F. Perkinson (1938 - 2000) in the same Ward and Section with Bridges. I have made a memorial for him. Let me know if you want a tranfer.

RE: Franklin County Hales
The only Charles Sigmon recorded would be at Maple Grove, but he was a child that died in 1918.I also checked for all Hale's & Gulliams buried in Franklin Co in f-a-g, so none exist in a recorded cemetery that I don't know where it is at. In other words, it is not recorded yet.
You should go ahead & record it and add everyone in it & add the photos if you took any. There isn't a whole lot of cemeteries in that area that I haven't found, glad you found it.
There are a few more I need to do, but some owners for some reason will not give permission to go to cemeteries on their land, even though they legally can't keep you from it, but when someone says no, I just say thank you and leave, for its no use causing a scene or any hard feelings.
