RE: Flossie Clark
The cemetery used their probe, which is a long sharpened rod and stabbed it in the ground all around where this headstone should be and didn't hit anything. In 1899, this grave could have been marked with a wooden cross that would have rotted away years ago.

RE: William E. Clark
Please check the memorials...I have now added all the pics. I can get a pic for Erial but it may take a bit of time. The census only gives the section Erial is in so I will have to walk that part of the cemetery. As for Mary, she is in the old section which is not mapped. Working with a Polk Co. cemetery group, I have now have some old research which plots out who Mary Clark was buried near. Again, it may take some time to solve.

RE: Mary E Clark
That looks like the most likely candidate but I would just be guessing.

"A book written by members of the former Polk Co. Genealogical Society first written in 1986 and corrected and revised in 1990 includes plot
locations at that time is for sale at the Polk Co. Museum located on Hwy 99 in Rickreall Oregon, just a few miles East of Dallas Oregon." Don't know if this is current but it might be something to check.

RE: Jesse and Sarah Clark
Yes, there are both a Jesse and a Sarah Clark and they are in the same plot. What is the daughter's name?
