I would like to ask your permission to use the nice photo you took for a WWII project I am working on, I hope you will not mind, please let me know if OK. Do you happen to remember if Delmer also had a military marker, the person who created his memorial listed on the memorial page "S Sgt US Army - World War II" so wondering if he also has a military marker. Oh, wow! That would be AWEsome. I keep checking old newspaper archive sites hoping to one day find James' name associated with something in that area, but haven't hit on anything. Was hoping there might be an old county directory on line, but no luck there, either... When it comes to genealogy, data is nice but stories give the ancestors "life" :-)
