Bio and Links
Bio Photo We have been working on our family genealogy for many years, and also taking photos of our family grave sites, primarily in Massachusetts and Connecticut.

Russ is descended from two Mayflower pilgrims, and his family has been in New England for over 400 years. Primary names being researched in that area are Armitage and Borden.

Natalie is a first-generation American on one side and second-generation on the other. Her family is from eastern Europe, primarily Russia. Names being researched include Molaver, Spivack and Levitt (or Levett).

Now living in west central Florida, we are happy to help with photo requests in our area.

Independent Adas Israel/Adas Israel Cemeteries
Greetings,

I've submitted a request to have Independent Adas Israel merged into Adas Israel. When completed, I'll go through and remove any dups. Thanks for your help.

Indepentent Adas Israel/Adas Israel Cemeteries
Greetings,

Regarding your SAC concerning duplicates between two cemeteries on Find A Grave, the larger question is:

Are Independent Adas Israel Cemetery (http://www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=cr&GScid=2286598&CRid=2286598&pt=Independent%20Adas%20Israel%20Cemetery&) and Adas Israel Cemetery (http://www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=cr&GSln=Drazen&GSiman=1&GScid=2181551&GRid=117011168&CRid=2181551&) the same cemetery? Independent Adas Israel DOES NOT have map/GPS information and is NOT listed on the Greater New Haven Jewish Cemetery database. However, Adas Israel DOES have map and GPS info, and IS listed on the Jewish Cemetery database. Here's the link to the Jewell Street Cemeteries map: http://www.yeshivanewhavensynagogue.org/cemetery/Jewell_St.pdf. Please let me know if you believe they are the same entity, and I'll request they be merged.

Best,
Diane

Thank you so much for the photo of Jean's gravesite marker. She was my cousin and I live in Dayton, Ohio so don't get to Florida much to look for the grave myself. I very much appreciate your help.
