What I know of Nathaniel's burial place is from ancestry dot com's "Abstract of Graves of Revolutionary Patriots"
Vaughn, Warren Co NC 49
Sorry I don't have directions to it...I've not been there.
|Marion County Genealogical Society||RE: Suma Eggleston|
I transferred her memorial to you.
|Marion County Genealogical Society||Suma Eggleston|
Hi, Susan. It appears that Suma has 2 memorials in Find-A-Grave. Our memorial number is 58734998. If you would like, I can transfer administration of that memorial to you, and you can "merge" the 2 to eliminate the duplication. Or, I can get any information from your memorial and transfer it to ours, and then let you know when you can delete your memorial.
Cemetery Committee Chairman
Marion County Genealogical Society
Thanks for the info--I have added it to my All Families spreadsheet.
|Marian Andrews||Emmit A. Rainey-Boydton Presb. Church|
Hi! Emmit was my father's grandfather:
Marian Andrews (me)
Martin Fitzgerald Andrews (Dad)
Ela Allen Rainey Andrews (Dad's mother)
Emmit Alexander Rainey (Ela's father)
How can I link Emmit to Ela? He had two wives, both named Sarah Elizabeth Tunstall, but the first, (my gggrandmother) was called Betty S. and the second was born S. E. Smith and married a Tunstall first. Her stone reads Sarah T. Rainey.
I don't know how to link all the relatives I know.
Thanks for posting the photos.
|Shari Kern||Garner-Estes family tree.|
Hi, my name is Shari Kern. I have recently started my family tree and came across the "Garner Photos you have uploaded. Thank you very much for taking the time to do this. Fleming Garner And Annie Garner are my great grand parents. These two were my grandmother's grand parents her name was "Omie Tressie Garner Estes"I had never seen pictures of them. It was awsume to see these. I would never repost As I understand the time and research it took to do this. I just wanted to thank you. I am not very knowledgeable yet about researching my family but coming across these have sparked excitement in myself.

|Mike Farrar||Farrar genealogy|
I was trying to do some genealogy on my father side. My father (Edward B. Farrar) passed away about 12 years ago in Arizona and my grandfather and grandmother (Bassie and Irene Farrar) lived in Chase City but passed on many, many years ago (see attached). We have no records of any relatives or ancestors, and I am trying to do our family tree for my daughter.
I saw you took a pic of a gravestone that I believe is my grandfather (A. Bassie Farrar). I live in Scottsdale, AZ and am hopeful you can help me in seeking any of my possible family relatives in Chase City or someone I can contact that could help me with my genealogy search of my family name.
|VaBeachGirl||Hope and Foster|
Hi Susan, My mother in law was raised by Boyce Lee Foster Sr and his wife Maude Bella Hope Foster. They were her Grandparents. My mother in laws name is Barbara Gayle Cantrell. Her mother was Mildred Hope Cantrell. I just got some info from my mother in law yesterday. Trying to go back as far as I can. This journey has been fun but very time consuming. I'm still fairly new at this. Maybe you will be able to help out some. Thank you in advance,
Elizabeth St.Pierre Williams.
that is wonderful to hear that this memorial/obit helped you with your search. I made the changes you sent me.
|Yvonne Freed Dunn||Florence Mellott Jordon|
