|Born in the 1940's in upstate New York close to the Canadian border, ancestors arrived in New York from New England colonies early 1800's, large families spread rapidly across the northeast and westward. Area was under French control in 1700's, ceded to Great Britain 1760's. Descendants are of the Stone, Spencer, Kenyon, & Benton families. Grew up in the Black River Valley Region of N.Y., traveled throughout the Northeast with my family, retired to the Fingerlakes Region of N.Y., we are blessed with two daughters & four grand children.|

Thanks for pointing out the duplication. This is my direct ancestry line and I have my family members linked. I could merge with the other one, so I don't have to re-do my data.
|Harold L Spencer Jr||Susannah Taylor Spencer|
In your FindAGrave bio you specify Spencers as some of your ancestors. You also left a public message on my F-A-G bio page about 2 years ago. However, I have not checked my bio and message page in at least two years and have missed your message In addition my email address has changed, it is now email@example.com.
Thank you for bringing my errors to my attention. I would like very much to correspond with you concerning Susannah Congdon, and her family.

Hi, Joan, sorry to be so long answering your mail, but I just found out that most of my mail was being deposited in my junk folder. I just acquired a new computer and was wondering why I wasn't receiving much mail
I don't think I can help you get these children off these parents. But if you contacted the contributor who put them there, he or she can remove them.
Just go to the Ides memorial click on one of the children involved, click on the contributors name, and send her a message to remove them.
Good luck, Don
Thank you for pointing out a duplicate memorial for Almira Buck. I have deleted my memorial. If you wish to update the information of Almira Buck, you will need to submit it to the person who maintains the memorial. Thank you for your correction - love it when things are correct. Keep up the work and thanks.

Deffinitly sounds suspicious but I'm going with what I see on the stone. Not sure where the other person got her info. You can contact her if you wish......Mary Story is also buried there and she has a different stone. There are also Story's buried in Batavia so it is a name from the area.....

Died in his 7th year not 77th year, believe him to be grandson of William Beseley & Sarah of Fishkill who died 1830 will probated 19 Dec 1831.
Actually the Dutchess County GenWeb site list it as 72 yrs. I still read it as 77 and the death year is 1832.
