RE: Samuel Harvey DeHart Sr.
You are correct: Lana was the first wife of Samuel Harvey Dehart, Elizabeth his second wife. Lana was the mother of Samuel's first two children, Samuel (Jr) and Douglas. Douglas' birth and Lana's death were separated by only a few days -- not uncommon in the 1800's. Samuel married Elizabeth more than a year later.

RE: Memorial# 93449638
Hmmmm...interesting
I can't say that I looked when I took the photos but I see JR & J when I look.
The information from the 1972 walk through also states JR & J.
Wonder if the marriage date is wrong since Sarah, Rosa, and John William are all born before 1892. John's stone specifically states he is the son of Jr and HJ...though one could assume it is incorrect or they didn't 'know' about Emma Lefter (bit of a stretch of I have seen odder things).
I need to do some research for another person at the library. I will add your Thomas' to my list and see if I can find anything while I am there.
I might be able to get away for a bit tomorrow, but we are knee deep in softball and baseball right now so I can't make any guarantees.

RE: Fleta Henry #103624429
I made the changes that you requested. Didn't realize this was relation to Providence "Provy" Henry. I found a few tidbits about him and his weight problem. There was a circus in Atwood around the time he was 14 and he was asked to travel in the side show as the Heavy Human. But as fate served him, his parents said no and he died at an early age. His find a grave number is

Herbert H Windom grave photo
Ms Smith,

Thank you very much for taking the photo of the Herbert R Windom gravestone. Mr. Windom served in the 366th Infantry in WWII and I have been researching this unique unit. He was with a group of soldiers who spent a year guarding essential infrastructure in New England before they were shipped to combat in Italy. I am giving a talk at a local history society in ME this weekend and will mention Mr. Windom:

They have a photo of him when he was serving in ME.

Thank you again.
