I THINK you have already made the link to both of her parents. And linking has to come from the child's memorial to Mom and Dad.
IF I am reading edit suggestion wrong, let me know. Sometimes I tend to crosss i's and dot t's.

Wish she'd had a marker, Laura...probably did at some time, but has deteriorated to nothing left.

Hi, I went to the cemetery to look for the tombstones of the people that you requested and it appears that there are no tombstones for them. There is space where there might have been tombstones at one point but there is nothing there now. The only person that had the last name Bess in that plot section was a Laura Richard Bess whose plot # in really close to your families. I took a picture of the area if you want it. Just let me know and I will send it to you. Sorry

Thank you for the kind words!
|wendy||RE: James Adams|
Sorry I could not tell you if he is also Conrad. I only walked thru the cemetery & transcribed all the visible & readable headstones. That was many years ago. I currently have moved to a different country since then. If you do find you are related in some way to any of the Adams I will gladly transfer them to you! 😊

Yes, a common grave. However, some common graves were known as Inscription Graves. With these relatives could pay to have the person's name, age, and date of death inscribed on a common headstone i.e. one with many such inscriptions.
These were often flat stones, and so have become difficult to find to the extent that I am generally unwilling to search for them.

On the other side of the grave there is an inscription to John Skinner. I have added this to his memorial record.
The photographs are not brilliant; it was a sunny day and combined with the leaf shade it produced a bit of a dappled effect but I'm pleased to be of help.
