|Lorie||Joe Jay research for a friend|
I am doing research for a friend and hoping to track down the Native American line of Jay's. Her grandmother was married in 1936. Her grandmothers grandfather was named Joe Jay and it is said that he was Cherokee. I am hoping you may have more information on your line of Jay's beginning with Pvt. William Jay born in 1865 and died in 1864.

I would like to know more about your Middleton Brooks. My ancestor William Brooks had a son Middleton that I am trying to trace.

I see what you're talking about. I agree, it's out of place. However, since I didn't put the photo on, I can't remove it.
You would have to send an edit request to the person who placed the photo there and ask them to please remove it.
Any questions, send me a message.
|Bob & Bonnie McEver||Bobbie Jean Faries McDaniel|
Thank you for providing me the info on her death. Her memorial has been updated.
Regards and thanks for all you do for FindAGrave.
|Susan Phillips||John Wilson|
The John Wilson that died in 1804 in Carter County Tennessee. I have his will probated in 1806 says his wife is Ann not Elizabeth and he don't have a daughter Jenny. He has a son named Booker. You have this John Wilson mixed up. If I didn't have the will I would say I could be wrong but the will tells who is family is. Sorry.
|Jim Allred||Elizabeth Burnett Strange|
It makes me happy that I could help you. I am not sure how I began researching Elizabeth in the first place. I do have a Pennington line and perhaps I took a side step there.

Thank you again. And, thank you for creating the page in the first place.

Thanks, I would appreciate that.
|Rhonda Reece||My Grandfather - I never met|
I have noticed where you have left best wishes and Birthday Wishes to several of my family members. I want to introduce myself - I am Rhonda Stephens Reece. My mother was Laura Frances Baker Stephens. Her Father was Charles L. Baker. Charles L. Baker was my Grandfather. Irma Satterfield Baker was my mom's Mother. Irma Satterfield Baker was my Grandmother.
I would like to know how you are related to us. I have just found this website. I have enjoyed looking for and finding my Grandparents' graves and in several situations actual names of those I did not even know.
I really would like to hear from you. I have left my number, if you have time to call. I live in Lyerly Georgia.
