I have found so many of my ancestors here and it is a privilege to add to their memorial. The family names I have found in my lineage are:Wilson,Covington,Dalton,Davis, Fourqurean, Chappell,Capel,Thomas,Cox,Hopson,Cayce,Rolston and many more. George Washington the first president of our country I found is my 3rd cousin 8 times removed. So many interesting ancestors that contributed to the development of this great country of ours. We are all connected!We are one! This is quite a journey. We don't know where we are going until we know where we have been.|

I was wondering if you could help me with William Davis and his first wife Lydia Teague. You are the first one that I've been able to find that may be the connection I'm looking for the parents of William C Davis 1806-1883 married to Mary Oates in Hopkinsville Christian County Kentucky and moved to Missouri. He is my husbands 3rd Great Granfather. I've noticed many people have his birth in 1800 though so I'm not sure it's the same person. Any info would be appreciated

Was Press Hall James Hall's( 1872-1956)father?
|Teresa Summers||Nathan Ellis Meacham|
Nathan Ellis is my second great grandfather. I had a very difficult time finding him, but my tree is progressing well. Have you taken the Ancestry DNA test? I would like to see if I get a hit on our genetic match. I would also like to view your tree to see how we are related.

Sorry i did not see this msg until now. I do not have much on TRB but I'll share what I have on this family - use my email firstname.lastname@example.org
Hi. I saw your note about Joseph Eggleston Sr of Amelia, VA. I am a direct descendant as well. His daughter Ann, was my great great great great grandmother. She married Daniel Hardaway. I am glad Egglesetton Plantation is still standing.

|G. Ned Blevins||Hello Cousin!|
I saw your note on David B. Rolston's memorial, stating he is your 6th great-grandfather. He is one of my fifth great-grandfathers via William (4g), Benjamin (3g), Charles D (2g), and his daughter, Lois G. Rolston Blevins Croson, one of my great-grandmothers.
Unless my reckoning is off, that makes us 4th cousins once removed. Or something like that. Anyway, definitely cousins, so nice to meet you.
One of my reasons for being one Find-A-Grave is to connect with hitherto unknown distant relatives. If you have had your DNA done on 23andMe, I would be very interested in comparing it with mine.
