I am very happy to be a part of a community of people researching their family histories. I am interested in the Long and Kennedy families in Kenton and Campbell Counties, Kentucky, and Siddall and Baines in NJ and PA. Please feel free to use any photos I have taken in any way you see fit.

RE: Elizabeth flippen
Jill,
Thank you so much for making the trip! For me, it is disappointing not to find it.
I wouldn't doubt that one of the field stones mark her grave.
Thanks again! Have a good day!

RE: William Smith photo request
Thank you Jill, for helping with the cemetery. I was unsure of it. I work with unmarked and military graves. I've been working with a long list of William Smiths from the National archives making sure that even though it is a common name they still need not be forgotten.

Hi -- I uploaded an image of the tombstone that is a bit clearer than the one you have up already. Let me know if you want me to take it down. Jean Cooper (JLC) eleanordew@aol.com

RE: Kidd cemetery
Hi, sorry this is so late. The only info I had was what my father had written down after visiting the Preston Kidd farm. Preston took him out in his field, where this private cemetery, surrounded by a small iron fence, was located. If you can find out where the Preston Kidd farm was in the 1980s, you may be able to find the cemetery.

RE: Kidd cemetery
I just found this message. The very small cemetery is found on the farm of Preston Kidd, who died 10 years ago or so.

RE: Hamm photos
You are very welcome.I was in Woodstock and had a few hours to play, so I took pictures of all the stones in one section of the cemetery. I think you got lucky. Beverly

George Long - Mount Peace
Regarding your photo request, 6/20/2013, for George Long I have some information for you.
Lot S-60 contains three persons, Sarah Long, Clifford Long, and George Long.
Sorry but there is no stone noted on the cemetery record and no stone was found when we looked last month.
We did find another 'LONG" family further down in that section and have a picture of that stone. Clara, Robert, and Emma.
You might want to consider cancelling the photo request for George. Thanks -JohnF
