I am Glen Croy, born in Dardanelle, Yell, Arkansas, reared in the west and settled in Arizona. I served in the Air Force(1965-1969). I am a retired sheetmetal worker. Being retired gived me ample time to do my genealogical research.|
My father's main lines are Croy, Blevins, McClure, Pennington, Forbus, and Kuhn. These lines are mainly in Tennessee and Georgia.
My mother's lines are Viner (England), Wooster, Grant, and Perrigo. These lines are in New England, mostly in Maine.

|Anthony Laughlin||Croy Family|
We have been in contact before. Ninnie Croy Laughlin, sister of William Grady Croy, is my great grandmother. I was wondering how in depth you know about the Croys history? I am starting to research the Croy part of my family again and hopefully will find more info this time around. It gets pretty hard to find anything before Thomas Croy's (1859-1943) generation. If you could get back to me at email@example.com it would be appreciated.

Hi Glen, I came across the obit. for Mary Croy Find A Grave # 85197088 and have typed it here for you to cut and paste into her Find A Grave page.
Mrs. Mary Elizabeth Croy, aged 72 years, wife of T. H. Croy, passes away at the family home six miles west of Dardanelle last Thursday, August 26th, 1937.
The funeral service, conducted by Rev. F. G. Dodson was held at New Hope at 2:00 o'clock Friday afternoon, the Cornwell Funeral Home being in charge.
Mrs. Croy, whose maiden was McClure, she being a sister of the late Dr. W. Y. McClure, was born near Hightower post office in Forsythe County, Ga., March 7th, 1865. In September, 1883, she was converted and joined the Missionary Baptist Church.
On October 26th, 1884, she was united in marriage to Thos, H. Croy. To this union six children were born, three sons and three daughters: Leonidas and William Grady Croy; Mrs. Sarah Cleo Coffey, Mrs. Ninnie Laughlin and Mrs. Lizzie Westmoreland, all of whom survive except Yancey Leonidas Croy.
Mrs. Croy was a faithful companion, a loving mother, and a consistent, faithful Christian. Her death has brought sorrow and regret to a wide circle of friends and acquaintances.

Glen he is a Great Uncle of mine. I have updated his memorial. Linked him to his parents. I would really like to keep the memorial. You can add him into your Croy virtual memorials. I would gladly add and information about him or his family for you. Just send it in an email to me. I do have some pictures I need to scan and upload, but my scanner is on the blink right now.
Have a Blessed Day!!

No, I am not related to Croys. I know a Montine Croy.
|Brenda Arnett Darbyshire||Croy|
You have given me a wrong number for Margret. This may be the reason it was not changed.
|Brenda Arnett Darbyshire||Croy|
You may think you have requested this before, but not from me. I always do my changes.
|Marilyn Morris||RE: Jewel Pennington|
You are welcome. I care more about genealogy than I do about numbers. I am grateful when others share with me so I try to do the same.
