|Mike M||Re: Robert Holman|
I would like you to send that copy so I could post obituary in his bio if you can send it. SSA and VA records validate dates but don't give other details. Thanks again for your efforts !

I concur with your assessment. 1860 was also a leap year, that also might throw off the day. I would go with December 1829.
thanks for your work in Find a Grave!

Thanks for your message and info on Stratton. I have changed the memorial for John as the stone is clearer than the info I had. The other info, births etc. came from family search.org. I have not found info on the two new ones you mentioned.
Thanks for your work in Find A Grave!

Thanks for the obit. I'm going crazy with problems with this house at the moment. Hubby flew the coop and I'm left here with this place although I'm very ill so forgive me for being so far behind.

No, I have no proof, sure you are correct. Want me to delete or transfer to you? Cheers, Nate

You're right. John's burial was in Libertyville and he died in the hospital in Milwaukee, WI. Jan

In reply to your query, the date is attributed to a family tree not to any "legal" document...sorry!
