Edits pending
A lot of contributors are not aware of edits being sent to them that appear on the edit tab of their bio page. I sent you one that is still pending and thought you might not be aware of it.
A number will appear in the edit tab if there is anything waiting your action. The edits will only hold there for 21 days, and then automatically be accepted through Find A Grave. I thought you might want to review them and accept or decline after review, instead of your memorials being changed without your being aware of it.
Emails are not sent by Find A Grave when these edits are suggested, so other than looking at your edit tab, you won't get notice of them.
You can 1) accept and the memorial will update automatically; 2) decline and a box will pop up for a message that will go to the person who suggested the edit; or 3) ignore - but that is just temporary for the 21 days, then it will be accepted.

RE: Michael Snyder Memorial
The person who maintains Sabina's memorial must make the link to her parents.

Please use the Edit tab on Sabina's Memorial #27683416 to request a link her father Michael's Memorial #6545865.

RE: John E. Stouffer
Yes, that would be great as far as transferring Alice to me.

Thanks again,

RE: East Harisburg corrections
ok, I put a caption on Thos J Hodgins photo stating that he was the potential son of Charles R Hodgins (a Civil War veteran), buried on a nearby lot. I photographed all on the Hodgins lot.

Not my relatives, just tryin to help out. No need to transfer. Did you request the Hudgins pics?

RE: John E. Stouffer
Thank you for adding this tombstone. When I go to my memorial for John E and Henrietta it has a place to add parents and spouses only. Can you link the parents to Alice on your memorial?

Kathy Bicksler Stouffer

P.S. Are you related to this branch of the Stouffers?

RE: Lehman Family Graveyard
Hi there! The graveyard is on Grand Point Road, just west of Chambersburg. We started at the south end and drove up the road...perhaps a mile? ...the graveyard is on the right next to the road. It's surrounded by a white fence and has three or four tall trees standing around it. Easy to spot.

The graveyard isn't very well maintained. Lots of gopher holes, so watch your step, and some of the stones on the south end have poison ivy coming up around them. Most of the Lehmans are in the first row to the north (left as you approach the graveyard)

There's a spot where you can pull off the road and park, and the graveyard is public. Good luck to you...your husband and I must be distantly related. Let me know if I can be if any more help.

Janelle

RE: Peter Lehman
There are predominantly 2 Hans Lehman families in Stauffers Mennonite Church Cemetery. About 1/3 of the cemetery is Lehman. Both Hans have been documented and extensively researched. I worked with the researcher, therefore the reason I have been able to add links and additional information to many of the tombstones. I am not finished, have more information and photos to add. 6/9/2013
