Thank you for your question, I think you'll find that William de Knightley died c1403 and his son Thomas de Charlton aka de Knightley died in 1460.

Hi I do not have any information about her. I did transfer her to you to manage. Good luck finding information.

Hi Barbara! To clarify, Louie Lotus Ball was my grandaunt (though I never met her, or any of my grandaunts or granduncles, unfortunately...). Anyway, I pretty much know for a fact she was born in Melvern, Kansas. The 1900-1910 and 1930-1940 U.S. Census all confirm that she was born in Kansas. I assume the 1920 Census was some weird transcription error where somebody heard "Canada" when what was said was "Kansas".

I do that quite regularly--confuse the spouse and parent links...I think the headings on the memorial pages need to be all caps or bold or something. But mostly I think I just get used to them being in a certain position on the page, and so assume that anything in the same place is the same thing. But that depends on the size of the Bio, among other things.

Thank you for noticing that on Catherine Roy! I've changed her children and added all of Jeanne Faye's children (I'd only had one listed for her). Thanks so much!

I agree that it doesn't make sense for William Garvin that he would have been born in 1870 but served in the Confederate Army. However, that is what our cemetery records and the headstone have, so that is what is entered. We have a very old pioneer cemetery without clear records. I'm hoping to take some time this summer to look into a bunch of questions more thoroughly and see what we can find on past records. I will keep this one on my list to investigate! Thank you!
