Retired; have been working on the family genealogy for more than 25 years. I am a Melchert/Lindquist (Hebert/Aslin/Vance, Briske/Sjostrand) from Minnesota/Wisconsin; husband's families are from Virginia-Nebraska-California/ Pennsylvania-Kansas-California. His lines go back to before the Revolutionary War: McDaniel, McDonald/Bishop, Cox/Lamie, Crowley, Gannaway/Barringer, Crowley/Ryan; Sutton-Peterson/McFadden, Wilson/Seavers, McIntyre/Black. Am very happy to be a source of cemetery photos to descendants of our families.|

|Jim||RE: Selvidge Family|
I have been absent from Find-a-Grave for about 9 months. My apologies for just now getting back to you. I have many emails and requests I need to research a bit. I will be doing this over the next two weeks, so I will be contacting you regarding your request in the very near future (within two weeks).
Again, I'm so sorry for the delayed response. Thanks for your patience. - Jim

Hi Mary, You're very welcome. If you have more info for me to add or would like to manage their memorials, please let me know. Mary
We are headed up to Pierce tomorrow to try to find the McDonald tombstones. We liked your story--would you consider putting it in an Edit to the manager of the site so it can be added to the bio? Since they are relatives of yours, the manager may be willing to transfer the memorials to you, if you ask.

Thank you for your correction. I have removed the picture from the find a grave site.
|Don Austin||RE: Hiram & Charity Lowe Wolf|
Fell free to use the picture for Hiram Wolf. If you would like I will transfer the memorials to you as I am not related. I was related to so many in the Rothville cemetery that I decided to post picture for as many of the people interred there as I could and then finished entering the ones I didn't have pictures for. I think the inscription for Charity Lowe Wolf was at one time legible on the north side of Hiram's headstone but has weathered away since the cemetery canvas was done in 1983. Thanks, Don Austin

I have his death date as Jan 23, 1864. If you look at a larger picture of the stone, you can see the 4. The date was originally given to me by the person who photographed the stone. I haven't found an obit or death record to confirm it though.
|Larry Pace||RE: Sarah Jacobs|
I'm so glad that I posted the headstone photo of Sarah J Jacobs. Please tell me her maiden name and any thing else about her family.
My wife has family buried in the Cameron Cemetery. Her main surnames are Jacobs, McDaniel, Hininger, Knox, Shipp and others that we are researching and connecting to.
The Jacobs is a major research emphasis and any help would be appreciated.
Also I'd be glad to transfer her to you or post all info that relates to her and her husband John.
Thank you for the feedback, it made my day. I'm grateful to Find A Grave, it has helped me solve some major family lines.

Ok, thank you again for the suggestion, Mary. If you ever find out anything solid and/'or would like the Sarah and her husband's memorials transferred to you, just let me know, ok? In the meantime I will add your suggestion in Sarah's biography section.
Have a great day!
