Bio Photo I started my family tree one year ago. I am trying to add all my direct descendants to FAG. My family includes many families from Princeton, Scottsburg and Cadiz. They are Cummins, Crisp, Board, Baker, Scott, McGregor, Sigler and Stephens. Please feel free update or correct any of my postings as I embark on this journey into adding to FAG.

WHW Cummins
Hello, Ms. Baker,

I am a cousin oF your gg grandfather WHW Cummins.
My gg grandfather William H. "Billy" Cummins, Jr. was a first cousin of WHW's.
Billy's father William Henry Sr. was a younger brother of Noah H. Cummins.
I believe I messaged you in the past on concerning the old Jim Pearce United Confederate Veterans medal that belonged to WHW.
He was commander of the old Pearce camp in 1919, I believe. That is one of very few Jim Pearce medals surviving that I'm aware of.
I'm a member myself of the Jim Pearce camp, Sons of Confederate Veterans in Princeton, KY. and have done quite of bit of research on William's Confederate service over the years.
As you may know, he received the Southern Cross of Honor from the local Daughters of the Confederacy chapter in 1906, and his UCV reunion uniform is still on display in very good condition at the local genealogy library.
I was interested to see the picture of him with his wife in front of their house, one I'd not come across.
I appreciate your posting the pictures of him and UCV memorabilia.
