Elizabeth Lizzie Terrill
Hello,
I was curious and searching Elizabeth Terrill of Mineral Point, Wi. and saw your post. I bought a vintage picture frame and there was an old sepia photo proof of her with the info. Lizzie Terrill Mineral Pt. Wi. H.R. Farr Photography, Prairie du Chien, Wi. It looks to be the original proof for more photos to be ordered. Know of any family in her family tree that would like to have it? Contact me with an address and I'd be happy to send it. It's a very regal looking lady with expensive clothing, Victorian era my guess.

Your St. Piran's photo
How did you get a photo of this flag flying?
Is it in your yard.
I was happy to see it.

RE: Cornish
You might be right and that would make the second marriage only three girls, Elizabeth Ann Cornish being my shirt-tail relative.

I have Ann Mariah Eastman death Jan 17, 1854 Mendon, Clayton county, IOWA. No source decumentation.

I have Peter E Cornish birth June 1853 Elkader, CLayton county, IA. No sources.

I have Sylvestor Eugene COrnish born JUN 1854 at Mineral Point, Iowa county, WI. No sources. One tree I found has birth JAN 15, 1851 at Mendon, CLayton county, IA. no source.

I would be inclined to agree with the 1851 birth the date is more specific and aligns with first marriage date and location.

DOn't know if I answered this or not. I show ELizabeth Terrill died at Mineral Point. But that John died in California. I have no idea regaring burials. THink you mnetioned you have been to GRaceland. Any marked/known graves are in a book available at the caretaker's shack near entrance.

RE: Andrew Hillard Cornish
I see your ancestor, James, served during Vietnam-
our class reunion is honoring those that also served and we just finished a D.A.R. TEA for nurses that served. My husband is close in age to your James - so sorry for your loss.
Best Regards,
Bonnie
