|Wenona Andress||RE: Think I'm a relative|
Hello Mr. Mobley. Thanks for the information. I am related to Dixie, then! Do you know if any of the Capeharts are Choctaw? My Mom says that her great grandmother was Choctaw....We do not have much information as a family because my Mom and siblings were adopted out after Annie died. Mr. Young did not allow Capehart family to adopt them...
|Wenona Andress||Think I'm a relative|
OK Not sure but I think Mary Ann Sims Owens (1827 - 1888) and John Quincy Adams Billings (1826 - 1906) are my GG Grandparents. If so I may be related to you Mr. Mobley. My Grandmother was Annie Mae Capehart Young. She was married to Richard Young.
Trying to find out if indeed my GG Grandmother was Choctaw.. supposedly the wife of a Chief...
I am Wenona Andress. I am 100% sure I am related to Capeharts but have not met one of them. Please reply and we can talk more details

Thank you so much for responding. I have Old Hickory Blvd as being south of the field and the school. Lickton pike runs on the east side of the field and school. From what you said it looks like I would turn east onto Hickory to the next left but I'm not sure. I'm using google earth to plot my course and with out names of streets it can be confusing. I'd be thankful for some names if you have them. My Marshall relatives that are buried there use to own the property in and around the cemetery. My branch eventually move to Marshall County south of Nashville. So sorry to be such a bother to you.

I have several relatives bury here and I've been trying to locate this cemetery. The closest I've come is the corner of Old Hickory and Lickton Pike. I don't live there I'm actually in Florida but I use Google Earth. I've looked all over and nothing. There's a baseball park and High school but no cemetery. Looking on line has got me no where. Could you please tell me if you know where it is. Thanks,

Hi Ray, John Dalton Fleming's widow is still very much alive. Lou Ellen Simon was born in Mason County, Texas on Jan 15, 1936. Good to hear from you.

I'm afraid I don't have first hand knowledge of this burial. The original memorial was created by Ladybug, maybe she can tell you her source.
Thanks for the Mobley information, I didn't know anything about her family. Please let me know if you would you like to take over management of Matilda's memorial.

thanks for the info.
I'll tell my mother Helen "McPherson".
You also inspired me to do a little bio on my grandpa and grandma's memorials (Walter Ray and Edith McPherson in Ellinwood Lakin Commanche cemetery.

I just saw your request to edit the Find-a-grave for William Walter and Carrie Olive McPherson in the IOOF cemetery in Tonkawa, OK. I did add William and Francis Ellen to the bio. If you want anything else added, just let me know?

|Karen Young||RE: Everett & Earline Gray|
Thanks Ray, I appreciate you answering my inquiry. I thought a lot of Everett. When I went to work for him I was young. He was a stickler for perfection and had difficulty finding someone that wanted to work with him. I think it was because I was close to his daughters age, he took me under his wing and was like a father to me. When he and Earline moved to Dumas, my parents lived there. I visited them in their home when I was in Dumas for a visit. Thanks again....Karen
