|Kay Simpson||RE: Mary Farwell Henderson|
I've sent messages to Mary & haven't gotten any response back. I was wondering if something had happened to her & if so do you by chance have her password so you can do her edits? You're help is greatly appreciated.
|Maureen||RE: Melvin Blatchford Fenno|
I have not seen his two children that live in Crookston for some time. They are Betty Anderson(I believe her name is Elizabeth) and Jerry (Jerald) Fenno. The last I knew of Betty she was down south for the winter and had come back during the summer. However that might have changed now that her husband has passed. Jerry had worked at a store called Big A Auto parts, not sure if he is still there or not. I know that one of his daughters is still here in town too. I was not too close to Melvin's kids because I was a lot younger then they were. One of Melvin's grandchildren is just a little younger then I am and I remember when Melvin's first wife was still living, she would bring Tony over to the house if she had some earns to do and tell me that I was his babysitter. Mom would never take money from her for babysitting so she would bring me something for spending time with him. I remember when he brought home his second wife Fern. She always stopped and talked to me if she saw me outside. During the winter, between my dad and I we would keep the drive way cleared of snow for them and take care of the sidewalks too. I always got hugs and kisses from both of them every time we saw one another even after they moved out of the house into an apartment up until close to the time he passed. After Melvin passed Fern was moved with her family to be closer to them until her death. Melvin is buried by his first wife and Fern is buried by her first husband.
Is there something that I might be able to help you out with?
