RE: Phebe Miller in Green-Wood
Yes, the Phoebe Miller whose grave I found died at age 11. She was the daughter of George and Barbara Miller.

Do you know the names of any relatives with whom the Phoebe Miller born in 1801 may be buried? Are you certain she is in Green-Wood? Green-Wood is big, alright--it's bigger than most towns in the country--500 acres, 600,000 residents. So I like to narrow it down.

I'll check out the Phoebe buried in section 28, lot 10776 on Aug 26 1886, but if that grave is unmarked, as many in G-W are, I'll some other relatives' names to cross-reference.

In the meantime, update the info on her memorial page to reflect the 1801-1880 dates and the grave location, then repost your photo request.

If we still come up short--you probably have the wrong cemetery.

Phebe Miller in Green-Wood
I photographed the grave of Phebe (Phoebe) Miller in section 6, lot 22606 per your request. But her birth date is 1865, not 1801. Your Phoebe Miller might be the one buried Aug 26 1886 in Section 28, Lot 10776.

I took down my photo as soon as I noticed the discrepancy. Let me know when you're sure which is the right Phoebe.

I'm happy to transfer Sarah to you. Perhaps you can make some more connections.

Re: McKenna Request
Thanks for the offer Jason!
I would definitely be interested in any Mckenna's you can find. If it helps, Simon & Mary were the parents of Mary, James, Catherine, Margaret (Vosburgh), Francis, Isaac, Anastasia (Max), & Michael. Again, thank you for all of your help!

Hi Jason!

Thank you so much for all the pictures of the gravesite of Isaac and Julia (Kearney) McKenna. I really appreciate your assistance in tracking these elusive relatives of mine! Thanks again!

RE: Arnic/Story
If you think that you will be able to visit the cemetery in the next fourteen days, you can claim the photo request by clicking the 'claim' button next to the name.

Claiming a request alerts other volunteer photographers of your intent to fulfill that request (thus avoiding duplicated effort).

Why do newbe who can't read have to pick on me.

Go do Forest Home. Lots of requests. And I not on my way to work.
