I have been working on genealogy for about 20 years. Many of my lines are in Hancock County, Maine with most being in Trenton, Ellsworth or Mount Desert Island. I take great pride in my deep roots in these towns. I love that Findagrave allows for the sharing of grave stone images and other info. If a photo is added to one of the memorials I manage or a family member's memorial that I do not manage and I have one that, to me, is a better quality I will add it to the memorial too. I try my best to add a photo that shows the complete stone and a little of the surrounding area. I believe that helps make it a little easier to find in the cemetery. I don't mind if you use my photos but please credit me for it if you do take one or more. Sometimes I add a memorial for someone who has just passed. If I enter one for your loved one please go ahead and create your own then just let me know so I can delete mine. The exception would be if it was my loved one too. Thank you
