The photos are some that my grandmother had saved of her family. Fortunately she had written names on them so I knew who they were.

the bio section is an abbreviation for biography section. This is where life history of the person can be placed. In this case, a copy of his obituary, an article about that person, written when he died and published in the city newspaper.

the information is from his headstone and the obituary transcription in the bio section. The obit was given by another member, I do not remember or have a record of who sent it. I did not confirm the obit, but the source is referenced (The Elgin Advocate, August 15, 1896).
