My name is Connie Foreman Noack, and I have resided in Austin, Texas with my husband Paul G. Noack since 1982. I worked for the Farm Credit Association Banks here in Austin (and Houston) for many years, and I am a retiree of the State of Texas Senate Staff Services. My parents were Dan Edith Hoffpauir Foreman and Rufus Blain "Red" Foreman, both deceased and buried in Baytown, Texas. My sister Charlotte,my brother Melvyn Foreman and I were brought up in Baytown. "Mel"is deceased and is also buried in Baytown.Our family has strong roots in Louisiana, in and around Indian Bayou and Lacassine. We have direct family ties with Morgan, Boulet, Richard, Perry and Hayes families. I really enjoy looking at old family pictures and treasure the few old ones I inherited.My Grandma Lorena and Grandpa Edwin Foreman lost their possessions and pictures in a house fire in the early 1950s. This tragedy in Sulphur, Louisiana almost cost them their lives, along with their son Wilbur Dee Foreman and his wife Jo.
