Bio Photo I have been researching and cataloging my family's history since a few years before I retired from a 35 year career with US Customs, in 2006. I joined in 2002, and have over a dozen active trees that I am working on - mostly family, but a few friends and friends of family as well.

RE: Mary Weeks
I will post the picture...I can always remove it if you wish. Greenwood Cemetery does not provide any markings for unmarked graves. When my uncle was Sexton 35 years ago they had a filing cabinet with the deeds and burial records. I don't know how they do it now. Jackson Township (Guernsey Co.) is responsible for the Cemetery. Phone # for cemetery is listed as 740-685-2200, for township 740-685-2568, and email for township is Thank you for sharing her story. Greenwood is my "home base", there are too many unmarked graves in that cemetery.

Mary Weeks
I have photographed the entire cemetery and did not find a marker for Mrs. Weeks. There was only 1 Soules marker. There are unmarked graves around J. Clark & Nina Soules's marker. If you know how the was the town was in the time of her death, the location does fit the letter. I have a wide angle shot that shows the Soules marker (top center) and the unmarked graves in that square and can post it if you like.

Hello, You are correct to say it is not easy setting up and managing memorials of those not related to ones self, especially when you learn there are 1,206 memorials to photograph and document such as at the Church of the Incarnation. There was no pain. This was done as a Tribute for may Mom who died died June of ALZ, and for all the memorials, parishioners and families. It was like spending more time with her. If my Mom, and Grandma Helen deserved a memorial, why not those they are with I thought.

There is an Ancestry tree all are entered into also, done as a way to get some facts when needed. Charles F Buehler's profile, though brief, is included with that tree also.

Charles F Buehler

I have rambled on not in any frustration, only to share the tribute for all. I do appreciate your kind words.

Clayton, I'll take another look the next time I'm near there (possibly tomorrow), but I think I covered the Darling cemetery pretty thoroughly. Some of the stones are broken or otherwise unreadable. I'll let you know. I like to make sure the children are remembered.
