Bio and Links
Bio Photo I joined August 17, 2011 hoping to find some information on my family tree. Little did I know that just with in an hour of joining I found a distant relative through my grandfather Alfred. With in a few more hours of searching I found several more memorials to my family.I enjoy doing my family genealogy and to find out where I came from as far as I have researched back I am a true Southerner with roots deep in the south an all sides of the family. Any surnames that have to do with my linage are Ward, McFarland, Morton, Scott, Owen and as I find out more they will be added.

RE: Hardy?
I don't remember where she is buried but you can go by the office at Mount Olivet and ask.

RE: milton sterling
yes I would greatly appreciate the information.
would you also be able to email copies of the photos of Milton Sterling with Alice and with the "Condederate" soldiers and the one of Andrew Jackson Sterling. The one on line is hard to see.
I found records showing the Milton was a "Union" soldier. Guess some got over the war quicker than others.
You don't happen to know whose Milton's parents were. Or maybe you know someone that would know?
thank you

Milton Sterling
Hi ,
My name is D'Ann (Allen) Smith.

Milton Sterling was my 2x ggrandfather.

I love the photos you put up on his and Andrew Sterling's memorials.

I was wondering how you are connected to them and where I might get some more information on my Sterling branch of the family tree.

Maybe we are cousins of a sort. If you are looking for Cherry family I know some of it.

Just call or email any time,

Hello again,

I just tried to calculate our relationship. We are either third or fourth cousins.

Hi Dixie,

Edward Lee is my granduncle through his brother (my grandfather) Jonathon.
I would love copies of those pictures. Can you email them to me.

I LOVE all the family information and photos you have posted! I did not know my Uncle Sam Sterling's family background until finding these. One request though...Would you be able to identify the people in the group photo attached to James William Ingram?

Thank again so much for your excellent work!
