Bio and Links
Bio Photo After finding an old family Bible in my grandparents' attic, then finding the recorded names in the public library, I was hooked! I've been searching for ancestors off and on ever since -- MANY years now. In 2009 I made a cross-country trip to see where ancestors lived, and to do a lot of research. Now I'm trying to record what I found while I still can.

I AM related to most of the people I've entered, so feel free to ask about them, correct any facts, and share what you know. I have lots of sources for the information I share.

Pat

Isaac Hitchcock
You posted a picture of Isaac Hitchcock and his wife. Are you related to that family (did the old Bible contain that picture) of Hitchcock 's? He is my grandmother 's ((Vivian Hitchcock Wilhoit) grandfather. I would like to know more about him and his previous Hitchcock's. do you have more pictures? Thank you.

Pat,
You need to initiate the transfer of my grandmother to me. I have deleted the message you referred to.

RE: Silas Hedges
He is in mandatory transfer guidelines so I will get a transfer done latter today. Off to work right now. Sorry about not noting who send the other information. She was very adamant about the fact he was not buried there. But she couldn't even give me a location of where the farm field was etc.

Silas Hedges
I am sorry but I did not keep the information as to who told me the story of Silas headstone being in a farm field. It was not at all unusual for people to be buried on their farms at the time of his death. So I would not jump to the conclusion he is actually buried in Evergreen. Thought the local historical society probably felt the same way you did and listed him at the cemetery. It is also possible that through their research into old archives/newspapers that they have found more proof that supports their belief. I only listed the farm field thing as the person who contacted me wanted me to take his memorial out of the cemetery and make it burial unknown and I didn't think that was the right thing to do with the information they provided. Is he your great grandfather or a great great grandfather?

Abraham Hedges and his two wives
Hi Pat,

I added your latest message to my NOTES for Alice McCleery Hedges.
Maybe this will set the record straight.
I left the previous NOTE messages for the information they provided.

I will continue to maintain Abraham Hedges and his two wives as they are my husband's ancestors. I will be happy to update their memorial pages with additional information.

Thanks for all you do on Find-A-Grave.com.

Keep diggin'
Pam

Andrew Barr family
Hi Cousin,
My wife Ann wants to know if you still have the same postal address you had when you were corresponding in 1999. We met an Auld cousin outside Belfast N Ireland last fall. She shared the information on the Aulds that her twin sister had collected. Thought you would be interested.

RE: Jennie May Siegle Winter
Hi Pat,

I am Jennie's granddaughter. I would love to see the photo! My grandfather died just before my father was born (1923) so I question whether the photo is of her parents. Would love to see it though.

Thank you,
Myrna
