Bio and Links
Bio Photo I am Robert McClure, Husband of Voleta Cooper McClure. We live in Shawnee Oklahoma, and are happy to obtain any photos needed in the area.
I have developed a couple of family trees on for the McClure-Sutliff-Cooper-Bray familys. It includes Holdens, Ralstons, Johnstones, Littles, Elam's,(5,000 names) and another tree: Harriet Hannah Hall which includes the Halls, Wheelers, Lemmons, and Carrs,(1,500 names).
Discovered "Findagrave" August of 2011 and am excited about the information and photos found there. I want to do my part to add all the history and photos that I come across to this great resource.

Looking Flora Ellison headstone picture. She would have been a child. About 9 years of age. 1919-1928.

LInda Jean Hall
In Grassy Lick Cemetery, Grassy Creek, Morgan, KY - you have Linda as Linda Jean. Her name was Lindy Joan. She is my cousin. I've added the pic showing the correct name. Thanking you in advance.

James Robert McClure
I have a question.James and Maggie are ancestors on my mother's side of our family.I'm a bit confused and maybe you can help me. Maggie died in 1916 after the birth of her son Robert William. Now James left the two little ones with Phoebe Little his mother inlaw then moved to Coles Co., Illinois,on James Memorial. So this is where I'm confused, did Maggie and James live in Illinois when she died or in Kentucky. I had the impression they lived in Kentucky then James moved to Illinois but then I noticed that Maggie was buried in Charleston.

Benjamin Peyton's memorial
We received the transfer of Benjamin Peyton's memorial to our account. Believe it was a mistake.
Willing to send it back.

I'm trying to research my tree and I noticed you posted Anna and John were your 2x great grand parents. I believe they are my 3x great grand parents Through Emoline Little Haddix. I'm having trouble finding proof and was just wondering if you might have any records you could share. Any information is greatly appreciated. My email is

Virginia [McKinney] Carter 82741749
I see that the former Virginia McKinney is linked correctly to her spouse David Carter and to several of their children.

However, in the write up you describe David Carter's sister Jane (possibly Virginia Jane?) who married Joseph Wesley McKinney. A few members have Jane in their trees, but no one seems to know what became of her after the death of her husband (supposedly 4 Aug 1821).

Find A Grave Memorial# 81732962
Can you delete the above memorial. The outline looks reasonably accurate, except I've never seen a record for Lucinda that refers to her as Cecelia. Anyway, Joseph "might" have been buried here, or on a homestead. I've seen nothing to support your claim he is buried here (cemetery info is lacking and my gut is I've looked into this before and I don't think this cemetery was even established at the time of his death).

Zora and Orville Hunter
Thank you for the pictures. Zora is a name I find repeated in the women of my family.
