|I try to fullfill any photo requests in the area that I live in, when the weather is nice. Any info or any photos I post can be copied and used for any free site or personal use. After I post a photo to a memorial I don't keep it long on my computer. If you see a memorial that you want management of please feel free to ask, I will transfer. Also when I am out picture taking I will always take photos of any Veteran's headstone and post it, and any unusual headstone I see.|
I have found that if you are a volunteer photo taker you might want to have a few 'tools' with you; small rake or broom, gardening gloves, spray bottle with water, paper towels and a small bucket to carry it all in. If you are going to place flags or anything on a small pole it helps to have a screwdriver to make the hole so the stick doesn't break.
I am still learning to take better photos, so bear with me, if you see a photo I took and would like a better one posted please contact me and I will try.

She is my great great Aunt. I found a letter my great grandmother left with Viola birth date as 7-25-1900 and her death as 8-24-1980

Tammy, Thank you for posting the pictures of the DAR and Veteran markers that I placed in Riverside Cemetery on 12 October 1991. Over 50 people from over 11 states attended this DAR Marking in Riverside Cemetery, Christian County, Kentucky. There is an article in the DAR Magazine in March 1992, that I wrote. There is an article in the 1914 DAR Magazine about Robert and his son Samuel McJunkin. Samuel McJunkin died along the Boone Trail in Christian County and left his will there in 1808.

Hi Tammy - I'm helping someone with their DAR application. Your lovely memorial for Timothy has two stones. One looks similar to his wife's but it has no dates. The other is a military marker. Can you tell me if the military marker is in a different cemetery? Or is it in Hampton Cemetery in IL also?
Thanks in advance for any help.
