|LMOughterson||Alida J. Decker|
Through a series of pages, regarding the Decker surname, I ran across your memorial page for Purley Decker. On the photo of the grave stone, the name "Alida J." also appears on the grave stone.
Someone sent me a newspaper article for the marriage of Alida J. to my great-grandfather, Hovey L. Decker. She would have been his first wife. My great-grandmother was his third wife. In my search for my grandmother's family line, I keep coming back to Chemung County. The wedding information was also found on the memorial page for Hovey L. Decker ( http://www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=gr&GSln=Decker&GSfn=Hovey&GSmn=Lee&GSbyrel=all&GSdy=1936&GSdyrel=in&GSst=36&GScntry=4&GSob=n&GRid=137313876&df=all& ) here on FindAGrave.com.
Are you related to the Decker family? If so, I have been trying to put the pieces of that family line together. It hasn't been easy since Great-grandpa Decker was married three times and widowed twice.

I notice you posted a map photo of Calvary Cemetery in Utica. Could you send a clearer image to me via email? email@example.com. I have several family members interned there and I map would be most helpful.
|Linda Jasztal||Date of Death|
The date of death listed for Herbert M. Case, son of Herbert Lester Case and Lorinda is incorrect. Herbert Lester Case died 2-21-1966 (age 66).
I have added the original death record from Mt. Hope Cemetery records.

They are also an extension of my family.
I'm so sorry it took me this long to transfer your Grandfathers memorial. I've moved him to you now. Were there any other memorials you wanted to manage?

|Elizabeth||RE: Carsons in St Paul Cemetery|
I just transferred the management of William Carson (1838-1908).
|Scarlett||RE: Oliver Carson|
I am a descendant of Oliver Carson (1838-1905).
Mary C. Carson (Memorial #59329211, 1839-1925) was his wife, based on her obituary and his Civil War pension records.
I have not had much luck tracing Oliver's parents back, and have only found out that they were Robert and Eliza Carson (from Ireland). That info comes from the 1860 United States Federal Census July 7, 1860 for Springfield, Otsego County, NY. Also on that census, in the household are a William Carson (19 years), James Carson (18 years), and James E Carson (1 month old). At the time of the census, Robert is 43 years old, and Eliza is 50 years old.

I'll be transferring shortly.
I WAS married to an O'Halloran who didn't seem to have many relatives on that side of the family. I haven't researched the name because although my daughter was adopted by him, we are now divorced.
It's too much effort to change the name back especially since I do intend to eventually get married to my fiancÚ! LOL! I'll have his name instead.
