I've been interested in genealogy and photography for a couple decades now - thanking my mom and grandmother for the passion to learn about my past. Taking photos of headstones is both relaxing and challenging, especially in older cemeteries. |
My family takes photos as we visit cemeteries around our area, and as we visit places for research. We try to find requests while we're visiting as well.
I'm using this area to provide permission to use any of my images on Find-A-Grave for personal family trees. (I hope other folks will likewise give permissions for personal use of their images on here).

Thanks, I always like to see the main stone on top. Tabitha is buried between her brother and her husband. Happy New Year to you too. Keep up the great work and happy 'wandering and wondering'. "Each Day Counts", Loretta

Could you please take a picture of her and her husband's gravestone? Emma is my dad's next to the youngest sister. Her father and mother was George Gerlock, Sr. memorial #18157207 and Emma Windecker Gerlock memorial #18156492. They are buried in Lakeview Cemetery in Sugar City, Crowley Co., Colorado. Floyd Dodd was Emma's husband.

Did you know this lady? She was very well known in this area. She would help everybody and even take care of their children. She was a very good friend of my family.
